Refund & Shipping Policies
Refunds:
All sales are final. If you are not completely satisfied with your Kosmeticplug purchase or gift for any reason, we allow a return for store credit.
- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
- Customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Please allow us 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. Once your package is dropped off at USPS, we are no longer responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim for any mishaps.
